Hello, I was wondering when will the satellite imagery for 2023 get released? And what is the process to update it? Please confirm if the mapping layer will update automatically.

ion offers multiple imagery providers. Each of these providers has their own schedule for updating imagery.
The default imagery provider is Bing Maps unless you have changed it. Cesium ion streams the latest Bing maps imagery, so you will get any updates using the existing asset id whenever they are published by Bing Maps.
