I would like to be able to limit the tilt. Using a mouse we can easily and consistently end up “under ground” or get “lost” in the scene by clicking on the globe and moving the mouse to tilt the scene to both extremes (+/- 90 degrees) repeatedly. The severity of the problem caused in the scene depends on the zoom level.
I’ve read through numerous posts regarding this issue, but I haven’t found a method that addresses the problem.

Is the current 1.40 version support ground view now?
I found an issue here is when I changed the position of model from above ground to underground (negative height), the camera has limitations on tilting, pitching and rotating, How can I setting the camera to get the same for underground model the effect when the model above ground? like which part should be modified in the source code?

I have one question about the tilt in Cesium.
Is it possible to set limits on cesium tilt when using the mouse?
I have one problem with tilt, i can put the camera below the ellipsoid.
Is possible to limit the tilt and prevent this effect?
