Can not signin to Ion

I can not sign in to Ion.

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues. None of our server status reporting has indicated any issues in the last 24 hours and other users have not encountered this problem. I have a few questions:

  1. Is this an ongoing problem for you, or has the issue already resolved itself?
  2. Can you share the geographic location of where you are attempting to login from? We have global infrastructure and knowing your location can help us narrow down where the problem may be.
  3. Can you provide a rough time this occurred? I assume right before you wrote this post?

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware of it and looking into it. The underlying cause seems to be an AWS outage in the us-east-1 region. Please see our post here for more details: Temporary outage with Cesium ion - Cesium ion - Cesium Community. We will update you as soon as we know more.
