Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware of it and currently looking into it. The root cause of the issue is caused by the AWS outage currently happening in us-east-1 region. You can read more about the status of AWS here: Service health - Oct 20, 2025 | AWS Health Dashboard | Global

We’ll update you as soon as Cesium ion is back and running.
