Can we resize image in balloon of icon placemark?

I have to resize icon on click. so did there any provision to do that in balloon. is it possible?

Do you mean your icons are created as billboards, like in this example:

If so, it does take a “scale” property. Is that what you mean? If not, can you share a Sandcastle code example of what kind of icon you have?

I have to put a resize plugin in baloon of icon which I am adding into billboard. So i can resize the icon after it added in to billboard.
