KML fixed icon size

Hello!

Using planar view (2D) I’ve a problem with KML icons.
The icons are enlarged or reduced during map movement.
It is possible to mantain same size? also zooming?

Thanks for your post! Have you tried manipulating the size of these icons at runtime? In general, I’d love to learn more about your current implementation.

mmh, do you mean via js?

i’m working on a private project (it’s offline) with some peoples.
we have collected all (highest) mountains, volcanos, submarine volcanos and so on and we have create a map with all this data.

I don’t know how to interact with KML objects but only with dataset.
did you have some sandbox example or some documentation URL?
I didn’t find any specific help online.

I’m not sure it’s a ratio problem.
My theory is KML icons are resized simulating the 3D rotation but they shouldn’t in 2D view.
I would like to help you but I’m not a developer.
If you think it’s a bug I’ll open a new issue.
