Cesium applications ceased to work in Safari

Hello Cesium users and team,

My Cesium applications ceased to work in Safari when I switched to new version of Cesium, in Chrome all is OK.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ru,

Do you have WebGL enabled in Safari? See our Troubleshooting guide.

Can you tell us exactly what you see? Is there an error message, are certain elements not showing up, etc?

So, I need to wait or install preview version of Safari, as I understand.

I see only controls on white background.

Hi Ru,

That thread is talking about enabling WebGL 2.0 I believe. Cesium requires only WebGL 1.0.

From what you describe however, it is a problem with WebGL as the controls are working, but not the 3D context.
