Cesium at JS.Geo

JS.Geo is this Thursday in Philadelphia and I just wanted to mention that I’ll be giving a talk, tentatively titled “Cesium and the future of 3D Geospatial Standards”. The event is sold out, but if any of you already have tickets be sure to say hi! Most of the team will be there and we’ll have some Cesium t-shirts and other swag as well. For those of you that can’t make it, we’ll put up the slides afterwards. I’m not sure if the event is being recorded or not, but if there’s a video, we’ll link to it.

Immediately following JS.Geo in the same location will be the LocationTech & GeoPhilly present: 2015 Geo Open Source Meetup. Our newest team member, Gabby Getz, will be presenting “Best of 3D on the Web”, a survey of some of the awesome Cesium apps that you guys have built. Tickets for the GeoPhilly event are still available (and free), so if you’re in the area check out the above link and RSVP.

I hope to see many of you there.

Thanks,

Matt
