Cesium crashes iPhone SE CONTEXT_LOST_WEBGL

On an iPhone SE I can get the Cesium “3D Tiles Feature Styling” demo to crash by just panning/zooming on the map about 50 times

However, I am particularly keen to understand why Safari is losing context.

Does this device lack enough RAM to run Cesium? Is there some issue with Cesium that is causing it to crash?

We are developing a 3D data viewer, do we need to tell our users that certain devices simply will not work with the viewer? If so, which other devices do we need to tell them that Cesium does not support?
