Cesium examples (i.e. HelloWorld) poor performance

Hi,

HelloWorld performs very well on my PC, but quite poorly on my target environment (low specs). There is visible lag when rotating the globe, zooming in etc.

Is there any way to configure Cesium to use less resources (maybe look worse but perform better?). What configuration should I use to test Cesium feasibility for my environment?

I wonder if it's related to OpenGL. KDE Marble example app runs smoothly on the same environment.

It’s possible that the Web Browser using software rendering or has some other performance caveat. Can you provide the specs of the system, particular the video card and the exact version of the browser you are using. Also, can you copy and paste the results of visiting http:///www.webglreport.com on the target machine and browser.
