Cesium ION is failed to generate tile since April 18th. We have multiple assets in Cesium ION that are stuck in retrieving file from S3. It always shows Retrieving files… 5%.
Could someone in cesium team check this issue?

We are aware of this issue and actively working on fix. Will will update the thread with the original report when a fix is available.
The issue is related to the key property. To work around this while we release a fix you can use the prefix property instead.
I just tried prefixes instead, but it also doesn’t work.
