CityGML fails to load

Hi, I’m trying to load CityGML from the public resource for Poland. They have buildings for whole country available, that is much better then the OSM as it is LOD2

But unfortunately ION fails with this

The Asset ID is 2876274.
Could you please have a look what is wrong with the file, it loads fine to other GIS software.
Could that be a projection problem as it is in EPSG:2180.
Do I need to reproject file before loading into the ION?

Update, managed to get a workaround and converted the citygml files directly to tiles with citygml-to-3dtiles , that included change of projection. Now the tiles load however they land in terrain. I thought that was an error but not as Cesium terein is way off from the reality. like 35m too high in that city.

Hi,

Can you please let me know where you are seeing the height difference in the terrain. I will report that back to the data team to take it in account for the next update.

This is real height, from national NMT, within 2m error from google earth

same spot Cesium Terrain, the whole city is off by 35m
