Convert 3dtiles from version 0 to 1.0

I have old 3dtiles (tileset version 0.0) that works on cesium 1.82.

after upgrading to cesium 1.97 it doesn’t work anymore.

how can I convert my tileset from version 0.0 to 1.0?
