Custom material on polyline graphics

Hi ,
I am currently working on a project where I need a custom dashed arrow with a billboard point at the start and the end when the line starts and ends at the points border, and I implement it with polyline collection.

now my problem is related to Link .

now my question is, is there any way to use custom material on polyline graphics ?
if there is any patch we can do so it will be able to use it?
