CZML throws error switching from 1.2 to 1.3

I have a czml file which has 2 entities in it created through the czml-writer. This czml works fine in release 1.2 but when I load it into 1.3 the second entity throws an error when you hit its availability interval. The error message is also attached.

Kevin, I think this is fixed in master already. Can you confirm?
