Default icon for KML when an icon fails to load.

Is it possible to specify a default icon for the billboards when loading a KML and the icon URLs are not reachable? The GE map displays an X icon indicating that the icon failed to load. In Cesium it is not showing anything on the map. Is there an event generated when the icon fails to load that I could listen to?

It’s not possible at this time, but it sounds like something we should definitely allow. I added an item to our roadmap so we don’t forget about it: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/873
