Does Cesium have a navigator gadget?

I think it is good to have a navigator bar to zoom in and out, especially when using laptop without a scrolling mouse. Does Cesium have this gadget? If not, how should i create one myself?

There is a Cesium navigation plugin that includes a navigator bar to zoom in and out. This is the link in github:
