Early testing of the Cesium 1.36 release

Cesium 1.36 will be released on Tuesday, August 1, and we welcome early testing!

So far, this release includes some fixes to the Cesum3DTilesInspector widget, and the ability to specify the size of the rectangle used for searching in scene.pick

Test it out:

  • zip release
  • npm package
  • or just build the master branch locally

Please submit issues if you find anything.
