ElevationBandMaterial and ImageryProvider layer order

Hi, I really like new functionality in v1.77 to colorize terrain and display contour lines (elevation band material).

I would like to combine this feature with map layers. My goal is to display 3 layers:

  1. Base map layer - e.g. sattelite images
  2. Colorized terrain layer - e.g. contour lines (dynamic based on other data)
  3. Map layer with additional information - e.g. TileCoordinatesImageryProvider

Is it possible to have layers in this order? I created a sandcastle example to show my problem. I would like to have yellow text above red contour lines. I hope that it is just some settings that Iā€™m missing.
