Error in adding citygml data

I tried uploading an asset which is in .gml format and there was an error message that shows up. 1

I looked up to the Supported data formats and saw that CityGML (.citygml, .xml, .gml) files are okay.

I will appreciate any advice or instruction to fix this issue. Thanks!
