Thanks for your question! We do not currently support exporting tilesets from Unreal to your local machine.
If you’re looking to use the OpenStreetMaps building data, which the Cesium OSM Buildings 3D tileset is derived from, you can access the OpenStreetMaps website here, where the 3D building data is available for free download: Data • OSM Buildings
