Failure to load

I am trying to demo Cesium to a new customer to show the versatility of different datasets.

I have created a story, but it is quite embarrassing to demo to a customer as I have tested with colleagues and the story often fails to load. The only way I have gotten it to work is to tell the user to refresh the browser sometimes up to 10 times and eventually the project loads.
Have tried various browsers and devices, all do the same thing of the “whoops” message, but if you keep hitting refresh the story eventually loads.

Is there a way to make my story load the 1st time?
Am I missing a setting option?
