Fragment shader failed to compile error

Sometimes I get the following error.
It does not seem to be related to a specific code path, but happens randomly, once I even ecountered it in the simples "Hello world"

I don't see it for 2-3 days after rebooting machine, but then it starts to happen again.

Chrome Version 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit)
Windows 10
NVIDIA Quadro K2000


Please make sure you have the latest NVIDIA driver and latest Cesium version (1.28 as of now). If you can consistently reproduce this, please submit an issue on GitHub.
