glTF and Microsoft

Hi all,

Great news: Microsoft is starting to contribute to glTF in a big way:

Microsoft is joining the Khronos 3D Formats working group to work with us, NVIDIA, Oculus, and others on the glTF spec and software ecosystem.

This is fantastic for Cesium and the entire industry as it will help accelerate new versions of the glTF spec, such as the PBR materials extension, accelerate and broaden the glTF software ecosystem, and strengthen glTF outreach (which, in turn, accelerates the software ecosystem).

The Cesium community has a lot to be proud of here given how much we have contributed to the glTF spec, software ecosystem, and outreach efforts, and now glTF is growing into a true industry standard with broad adoption.
