Does anyone know if the Google 3D tiles transformed to a common epoch? If so, do you know what it is?

If you haven’t already, I suggested posting your question to one of Google’s support channels here. They definitely watch their issue tracker, so a feature request for new documentation would also be effective for you to emphasize that this kind of information would be useful to you.
