I don’t see any option to see labels on the 3D Globe map, it would be great if anyone can help me figuring out.

Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles does not currently offer an option of embedded labels. If you need labels, you can use Cesium World Terrain + Bing Maps Aerial with Labels instead, though you’ll miss out on the 3D buildings.
