How ellipsoid color can be changed when it is clicked

Hi Guys,

When Red dome in this example is clicked https://sandcastle.cesium.com/?src=Partial%20Ellipsoids.html, I want to change its color to say Green.

#2- How can we register a click event on an entity to perform some logic ?
