how to add wind farm on the cesium

I have tried the canvas of the billboard and gridImageProvider,but it is just static .And it is dynamic on 2d map.I am very confused.

Billboards (and ImageryProviders based on the canvas) do not animate automatically, but there are several workarounds in a forum thread here.
