How to flat 3DTiles? Please Help

There’s currently no way to flatten a 3D tileset like that. However, you can clip out the area. You can find instructions on that here - Cesium Cartographic Polygon - #2 by agallegos
Can this requirement be fulfilled at present? I am also very concerned.
