This is not something available in the open source CesiumJS library. However, it is on our roadmap to include with Cesium ion. If you are interested in purchasing this capability, you can send an email to tim@cesium.com

Do you mean to purchase cesium ion or do you mean to purchase a single capability and how can we use that capability after purchasing it can you briefly explain me about this.
