How to smooth dashed outline circle in cesium?

Hi,

I have created a dashed outline circle with PolylineDashMaterialProperty. I took help from this link
https://community.cesium.com/t/how-to-create-dashed-circle-outline.

However, the dashed outline is not smooth. It seems to distort when the camera altitude changes.

Can you help me with this?
