I checked this area and can see what you’re describing. Just to confirm, are you loading Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles through Cesium ion using Cesium.createGooglePhotorealistic3DTileset();?

I was able to reproduce here in a sandcastle

I think this is likely a data quality issue on the supplier side rather than a display or rendering issue in CesiumJS. I’m going to follow up internally to confirm, and I’ll update this thread once I have more information.

With the sandcastle, the 3D appears or not, depending on the viewing angle.
