Is drawing tools are available for both 2D and 3D?

Hi Team,
I’m using drawHelper.js for the drawing tools but if the terrain is on elements are not visible.
Can u please help me with a good idea?

Can you please suggest to me what should I do if I’m willing to develop a drawing tool for creating point, line, polygon, circle, extent, etc? and it should be visible on terrain ON also.

From my research, drawHelper.js seems like a great tool for this application. Do they have a support page that can help you get started? I am also wondering if anyone else from the CesiumJS community has experience with this API.
