I’ve checked the roadmap: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/wiki/Roadmap, and see no mention of any plans to add geometry drawing functionality (like that provided by DrawHelper).
The existing plugin seems to be stagnating (e.g. it has no support for GroundPrimitives, it uses RectanglePrimitives which were just removed in 1.17 https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/blob/1.17/CHANGES.md etc. etc.).
I’d bet that there are plenty of people out there wanting this functionality; so just thought I’d double check to see:
a) is anything of this nature on the radar for the Cesium core in the future? or
b) is anybody else out there working on something similar?
