Local version of Collada to glTF

I have been using the online version of Collada 2 glTF. https://cesiumjs.org/convertmodel.html . Is there a local version of the same ? The code here - https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/collada2gltf-web-service does not seem to be up to date and support zip files and textures. I would also like to convert larger Collada files.

The short answer is it’s not out of date, it’s just a single piece of the larger workflow.
