as you know there is an E-Mail Verification code problem. Is there any way you could manually trigger the process or something? It is pretty frustrating to wait.
The problem that was preventing Ion from sending out emails has been resolved. If you attempt to log in with the credentials you initially set up, you should be able to click “Resend Verification Code” and you’ll see it in your inbox.
Same issue: the email verification code never arrived despite several attempts. I checked all the mail folders. Also, if I try logging in again, the ‘Resend Verification Code’ option doesn’t appear.

The issue of verification emails not sending should have been resolved on Friday. We haven’t had any other reports of issues for users since then. Can you please share your username and we can take a look at what is going on?
