Can you please share your username so that we can see what may be going on.
Also would you be able to open up the browser’s developer console to see if there are any errors logged there and share it with us.

Of course, the attached picture shows my detailed login process. I am sure that the verification code is correct. Validation request no response is returned, the request url is: https://api.cesium.com/verification, carrying load there is a picture. If you need any more information, please let me know
It seems like a cross-origin issue.

We are unable to reproduce this issue in production with our other users. Is there any chance that you are using a VPN/ or a corporate network that may be blocking certain types of requests?
