I am unable to pass the verification for my Cesium community account.

Hi,

Can you please share your username so that we can see what may be going on.

Also would you be able to open up the browser’s developer console to see if there are any errors logged there and share it with us.

Hi,

Can you please share the console section of your developer tools. When you enter the code and it fails to verify, there should be an error or warning posted there. Like in the following picture:

Of course, the attached picture shows my detailed login process. I am sure that the verification code is correct. Validation request no response is returned, the request url is: https://api.cesium.com/verification, carrying load there is a picture. If you need any more information, please let me know

Hi,

We are unable to reproduce this issue in production with our other users. Is there any chance that you are using a VPN/ or a corporate network that may be blocking certain types of requests?
