PathGraphics not smooth

We are updating the position and heading of an aircraft entity once a second and this is drawn smoothly and appears to fly as expected.

The path the aircraft has flown is displayed using PathGraphics for the aircraft entity.

Our problem is the path steps from side to side as the aircraft moves forward smoothly.

Did we miss a setting somewhere?

However, I would like to learn more about your implementation. What is your data source for the path? Is the data that you are working with “smooth” or is it erratic? How exactly are you drawing the path? I would love to see a sandcastle demo that showcases what you have so far. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
