Problem integrating AGOL (esri) raster data

I’m encountering an issue with this error: “Incompatible horizontal coordinate system” while trying to integrate a raster dataset, an AGOL raster image service.
I would mention that I have tried both wkid 3857 and wkid 4326.

Has anyone encountered this error recently?

I did manage to integrate AGOL 3D layers before, wkid 4326 (after projeting from wkid 3857), but the raster is not working…

Thanks for your patience on this one, can you elaborate more on the environment/circumstances this is occurring in? I’m not familiar with the error “incompatible horizontal coordinate system”. If you could provide a sandcastle so we can reproduce the issue that would be even better!
