I am wondering that if Sentinel 2 Tiles counts towards Data Streaming Limits of a Cesium Ion account or not?
If not, does Sentinel 2 Imagery has a monthly limit of itself?

Yes, Sentinel 2 counts towards your data streaming limits. It does not have a separate category like Bing or Google Sessions. You can view your monthly usage on the Usage page in Cesium ion.
