Can we customize the behavior for InfoBox for particular set of entities? Like I want to show infobox for point placemarks but I don’t want to show infobox for polylines and polygons.

This behavior is not currently supported. I’ve created an issue here: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/2895. Several other people have been looking for this kind of behavior. Someone posted a work-around in this thread that might work for you:
