I want to use seconds based time instead of UTC time for the Timeline and Animation widgets when a CZML is loaded. For example, when a CZML is loaded the UTC start time inside the CZML would actually be time 0 in seconds. I don't see any built in options that support anything other than UTC.
Any recommendations on where to start or look?
