Underground Point Cloud

I am looking to create an interactive map of earthquakes for my country.
I have a point cloud of X,Y,Z coordinates and data for magintude. I also have access to a WMTS tile service and a variety of raster layers to drape onto a globe.

What I believe it is possible to layer a raster of the country onto a globe, add the point clouds and have associated magnitudes give colour and size.

However, is it possible to move the camera underneath the globe surface?

Cesium doesn’t currently have underground support. However, it’s one of the most frequently requested features and is something we would like to add. However, or efforts are focused on finishing up the implementation for the 3D tiles spec at the moment.
