Some details about the connection between the “Sandcastle” (as a “core functionality”) and the actual Gallery (that contains many sandcastles) still has have to be sorted out.
But one functionality that I wondered about is in how far the Sandcastle could be “fed” with other galleries. Specifically, I do have a local folder that contains dozens of Sandcastles that I have created, usually to investigate bugs or as part of the forum support. And it could be interesting to have a funcitonality to basically manage a “local gallery” - i.e. a local collection of sandcastles with functionalities for browsing and searching, stored in a local directory.
(Ideally, this could involve the option to edit and save the modified sandcastles, but… given that a browser hardly knows what a “file” is, this may be a bit of a stretch…)
