Using billboard for trees

Hi Everyone,

I am using billboard to visualize trees, it looks good when I look at trees from horizontal view. But when I change the camera to look at trees from top(vertical view), the trees then look like lay down on the ground. Is there any way can fix the orientation of billboard only to horizontal?
