We updated the downloads page on the Cesium website to include links to live versions of Cesium back to b15 (April 2013). This makes it easy to read the doc, use Sandcastle, or run the tests for a particular Cesium version.
Just click the “Documentation, Sandcastle, tests, etc.” for the version you are interested in.
