Website is down

Hi Guys,

I tried to look into the site at 6.00PM(GMT+5:30h) today and returned a 404.

Looks like a problem is with my network(still it is 404). i tried accessing it through a tunnel and it works fine. But in my home network it doesnt show(screenshot attached). Im from Sri Lanka.
Are there any restriction on geographical areas? (Since the server is responding 404 with that data)

I'm also from Sri Lanka and I cannot access the website directly. I have to use a web proxy. Seems like the problem is related to our country.
