3D objects going inside World Terrain

I am placing some objects on Cesium World Terrain using Latitude Longitude and altitude but at some location obviously at the ground some objects are going inside the Terrain.
Is there anyway to solve this?
Also, is there any way I can keep them visible even if the altitude is -ve?

And when you say they are going inside the terrain, by how much?

Btw, solving these kinds of problems is an issue we plan to solve, for both Cesium for Unity and Cesium for Unreal.
