I want to fixed a size of width in meter unit . When I zoom out , I want width are smaller than zoom in , not equal like in pixel unit. How can i do or i should use Plane ?

Maybe a polyline volume would work in your case? You can set a world space shape and size of the line.
Thanks a lot for an idea but can polyline volume is clamp to ground?
