Yes, it is almost essential to have to correct elevations, or know how to make the adjustments. At least there should be a warning. I thought I was doing something wrong when I added polygons with elevation and they appeared below the terrain. In UK the Sea Level shows as 55m if I am understanding the Cesium projection as it is now.
